At Peterson Health, we pride ourselves on getting you back to the life you love.  We offer an interdisciplinary team led by a medical director who develops a plan of care tailored to the needs of each patient at each stage of their recovery.  Our staff includes licensed rehab nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists rehab technicians, and case managers/social workers.  Our food service and housekeeping staff round out the team of dedicated caregivers for the short and long-term care of our patients.  Learn about our unique offerings!

Acute Rehab Unit (ARU)
Peterson’s Acute Rehabilitation Units serves patients with the following conditions:

  • Stroke and Brain Injury
  • Amputation
  • Spinal Cord Injury or Disorders
  • Congenital Deformity
  • Neurological Disorders
  • Orthopedic Conditions
  • Hip Fracture
  • Major Multiple trauma

The ARU consists of 26 private rooms specifically designed to accommodate the needs of our qualified patients.  Patients benefit from state-of-the-art amenities to aid in their recovery such as a multi-surface walking path, transitional living apartment, private patient rooms, activity room, therapy gyms and dining areas.

Peterson’s Outpatient Rehabilitation
Ready for the next step to recovery?  We understand how challenging healing can be!  The outpatient rehabilitation department at the Ambulatory Care Center are here to help you every step of the way.

Services provided are:
