Staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was I filled all of my personal history, medical history, and other information online before I arrived. I was even sent verification requests twice more before my appointment. When I arrived the staff asked me to provide the same information again. Unacceptable. Don’t ask me to provide the information online and ask me for it again when I arrive. That is infuriating.
