I always love your office. The secretaries are the face of your practice. Deanna is always so kind to me and always helps and make sure I understand my billing. Dr. Goodrum has always been fantastic listens to me and never leaves until I have full understanding of what’s going on with this shoulder and the rest of my body. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The care we received from the time my daughter was in the ER from Dr. Goodrum and his office was the best! Dr. Goodrum reached out to us over the weekend to ensure that our daughter would be okay and that he would see her first thing Monday in his office. Totally did not expect that. His staff called me and updated me multiple times that day. When we were at his office all the staff were so sweet, caring and really cared about how my 2 year old felt and they provided care items to her and my husband and I while we waited for Dr. Goodrum to get out of surgery. Their exceptional patient care should not go unnoticed! I was very nervous going in and not knowing what to expect and they by far went above any expectations we had.
