Dr.Barnes’ office is professional and welcoming. Front office staff and medical assistance are friendly and knowledgeable. There is an overall feeling that people at the office at Peterson Specialty Rheumatology clinic actually care about your pain, your suffering, and are not trying to rush you out the door to serve the next patient. Dr. Barnes is a compassionate knowledgeable Rheumatologist. She performed a thorough exam and ordered appropriate Lab test. to determine the type of arthritis that I am suffering from. She also made a referral to an appropriate orthopedic doctor and prescribed a medication for my comfort. My single complaint has nothing to do with Dr. Barnes’ office. Can somebody over in Peterson Medical Associates order that Large address numbers be placed on each one of their buildings, so that they can be viewed from passing cars in the road??? The Peterson Medical Complex is getting larger and becoming more difficult for an older community, that is not used to going to the same building on every visit to find the proper building. Thank you for the opportunity to provide input. I applaud and recommend Dr. Barnes, if you (the patient) are having issues with pain, aging, and joint deformity. I am confident, she can make a correct diagnosis and if he diagnosis is out of her specialty, she can refer you to someone that can help. Thank you.
Pleasant and addressed my need and pain. Efficient staff as well!
I know I contributed a lot of paperwork and such but Dr. Barnes to my knowledge was the first one to touch. Whatever points fibromyalgia seems to have and although some of the places were really painful, it also somehow felt good. And I don't recall anybody else doing anything like that except for maybe a chiropractor. So I've heard she's good. I got to feel it for myself and I'm encouraged that if there's anything else going on she's going to find it and she's going to alleviate whatever she can if I truly do have fibromyalgia All the while protecting my liver.
I love Dr. Barnes bedside manner. She is open and compassionate.
