Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is proud to announce the addition of Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Bryan S. Waits, to Peterson Medical Associates. Offering local access to life-saving care, Dr. Waits is accepting new patients in a newly expanded cardiology clinic located on the 3rd floor of the Cailloux Professional Building.
Moving to Kerrville from Louisiana, Waits spent his undergraduate years at Texas Tech University and attended Ross University School of Medicine before doing a year of surgery of Texas Tech and a year of surgery at State University in New York – Stoneybrook. He continued with a residency in internal medicine, graduate fellowship in general cardiology at Louisiana State University and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the University of Rochester in New York. After several years in private practice in Louisiana, Waits was selected for this new role as the Medical Director of Cardiology for Peterson Specialty Care – Cardiology.
Waits is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine and specializes in the following:

Waits new practice opened February 25th and in addition to his medical services, he has been the featured speaker of two major community events drawing a standing-room crowd.
